Single-unit colocation: the same service, whether you place one server or a full rack

Many businesses have one or a few servers that need a professional home. A full rack is too much, but they do want a reliable place with good connectivity, and someone they can reach when needed.

For them, we offer colocation in single units, in our own racks in Amsterdam. This customer story is about a number of these customers, with similar setups.

Every customer gets the same service and the same priority from us, whether they place one server or a full rack. We are easy to reach and think along by default: how can we optimize their setup, keep costs low and make their services reliable and scalable?

The servers are connected to the internet through our own network (AS211052) and our IP addresses. We help install the hardware, and on their first visit, customers get a personal tour of the data center.

Even with a single server, customers get access to our out-of-band management network. That way they can always reach their server, even when something goes wrong with the regular connection. We don't charge extra for it.
