InternalHost: a full rack within a week, at almost half the cost

InternalHost is a hosting company. They provide web hosting, game server hosting, VPSs and dedicated servers. Their equipment was in the AMS1 data center, in a rack they rented through another party. That party kept making ever higher financial demands.

InternalHost therefore had to find a new rack supplier quickly, preferably in the same data center. They already knew us: InternalHost occasionally did remote hands work for us, so they came to us.

On October 16, 2026, InternalHost requested a full rack. On October 23, the rack was ready for them, in the same AMS1 data center. They also got access to our out-of-band management network, as a backup connection into their own network.

While setting everything up, we also gave InternalHost business advice, so they were not only helped quickly but also well positioned for the long term.

InternalHost moved their equipment themselves. Because everything had to be physically moved to the new rack, their services were temporarily down during the move.

Within a week, InternalHost was out of the pinch. They now have a stable home for their equipment and security for their business. On top of that, they pay just over half the rate of their previous rack supplier, and there is room to keep growing.

What InternalHost values most is the direct communication, the clear agreements and the business advice they received while setting everything up.
