MProgramming: growing together since 2017, from one website to festival peaks

MProgramming is a small web development company from Warmenhuizen. In 2017, Maey was in the same software development class as one of our founders. When Matreon had just been founded, she wanted to host her own website, and that is how she became one of our first customers. She has registered all her domain names with us ever since.

After her studies, Maey started working as a freelance web designer for local businesses. With that, what she needed from her hosting grew as well.

Around that time we developed our Flex reseller hosting, partly so we could support MProgramming. All of her clients' websites got a place in one reseller account, and for years that was exactly enough.

Then MProgramming got a client that organizes a festival every year. A website like that gets large peaks in visitors, and reseller hosting plans are not meant for that. So we built a VPS with dedicated resources that can handle these peaks, and moved all of her websites to it, not just the festival website. That VPS is still in use. In December 2026, MProgramming will switch back to a reseller plan.

With every switch, we helped move the websites. And whenever there were technical challenges or questions about scaling, we gave objective advice on the best approach.

Over the years, MProgramming has grown to 40 websites. Not bad for a side business.

MProgramming has a direct line to the company that keeps their websites online. There is a good mutual understanding of what to expect from each other, at fair and flexible prices. Their hosting grows when needed, and scales back when it can.
